The Chabad Building proposal is to build the essentials that will allow us to more comfortably accommodate our current activity and meet the anticipated growing demands.
The financial resource needed this proposal is $7,500,000.
The primary focus of this phase is to build:
A beautiful spacious dining hall that can comfortably seat 170 people
A elegant dedicated shul with large capacity for high holidays
A student lounge space for students to meet and relax
A commercially equipped kitchen to service the large crowds
A separate Passover kitchen to allow for more efficient holiday preparation
A large classroom
A Rabbi’s office and consultation space
A totally renovated outdoor landscape
