Kitchen floor and wall tile has been completed. Kitchen equipment has arrived on site for installation. Ceiling cassettes are being installed as ceiling sheetrock is put in place. Final ceiling work is being completed. Sheetrock has been installed and some painting has begun. Externally, gutters are being installed and outside railings set in place.
